T'ai
Chi Ch'uan classes- meets in the Fellowship Hall (lower level of
UCN)
T'ai
Chi Ch'uan is a traditional exercise practiced for health, relaxation,
meditation and self-defense. The short Yang Style of Prof. Cheng
Man-ching will be taught by James Bayer, who is certified by theT'ai
Chi Ch'uan Center of Milwaukee and has been teaching professionally
since 1998.
