Open Meditation with Rev. Elena Rigg
This
will be informal; you don't have to "sign up" ahead of
time or commit to coming every week. We will sit in meditation,
do a walking meditation, and perhaps read aloud and share reflections
on a passage about mindfulness in our everyday lives.

Science
and Religion Group
UCN will be resurrecting it's Science and Religion Group some
time in March or April (stay tuned for starting date - will be held
after a Sunday service.) The first topic will be: "Complementary
Paths Toward Creation Appreciation?" We'll start with life-interconnectedness
and consider tension between earth preservation and earth utilization.
We'll stay in touch with contemporary science as we plunge into questions
of morality, religion, and philosophy. We'll attempt to adhere to
some structure in our discussions. Structural chaos is our format.
Interested? Call Merle Reinhr at 920/564-6185. |
