Pick 'n Save $100 Gift Card Now Available

Great news...Pick 'n Save is now available in a $100 denomination, in addition to the already available $25 denomination. The non-profit contribution is unchanged at 4%. Please note that the gift cards may be used at any of the 96 Pick 'n Save locations. The gift cards are not valid at any fuel center.

What is Shop With Scrip?

UCN Shop With Scrip is an ongoing fundraising opportunity in which UCN members and friends order gift cards for stores where they frequently shop. Payment is made by check, payable to UCN, or by PrestoPay™. The church purchases the cards at a discount and keeps the difference.

An Example

A typical family, per month, might budget $160 for gasoline, $300 for groceries, $90 for clothing, and $25 for pharmacy purchases. That’s about $6900 per year. When UCN purchases the gift cards, the average discount is about 5%. For the year, in our example, a typical family’s normal, budgeted expenses could result in about $345 in revenue. That’s why we call it “fundraising while you shop”!

How do I get Started?

Comfortable with Computers? Here's how to enroll:

  1. Go to www.shopwithscrip.com.
  2. Click the "Family Sign Up!” button.
  3. When prompted for the Enrollment Code, enter 1F3EE5A9248LL (case sensitive).

How do I shop?

  1. Login to www.shopwithscrip.com.
  2. Click the Shop button.
  3. Place your order, then print your order confirmation.
  4. Write a check to UCN for your order total (or sign up for PrestoPay™-- learn more).
  5. Give/mail your check to Rob Powell at UCN by the 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month.

Order Deadlines

UCN places orders on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month (but NOT the 5th Sunday, if there is one). Your orders must be at the church or with Rob Powell by the due date.

How / When do I get my cards?

Most cards (cards that are shipped to us from Great Lakes Scrip, and Sendik's cards) will be available for pick up the Sunday after the deadline. Cards for Bayside Garden Center, Chancery, Fiddleheads, Highland House, and Next Chapter Books will be available ten days after the deadline.

Cards will available for pickup at UCN on the Sunday after each deadline. Meet up with Rob at a church service or by appointment (262-894-2737 (cell), 262-243-5141 (home), or archerychampion@gmail.com).

What National Companies Participate?

Nationally, hundreds of stores, restaurants, hotels/motels, and gas stations participate, including Ace Hardware, Amazon.com, AMC Theatres, American Airlines, American Girl, Applebee's, Auto Zone, Avis Car Rental...and those are just SOME of the As! The list is diverse and quite long -- something for everyone and every budget.

Do the Cards Expire?

While most cards have no expiration date, people usually purchase only an amount that they’ll use within a month or so.
