Love is the spirit of this church and service is its law
This is our great covenant: to dwell together in peace,
to seek the truth in love and to help one another.
—James Vila Blake
Unitarian Church North is an active congregation. Most of its members are involved, in one or more ways, in serving the church congregation and the wider community. We do this in partnership with other groups that share our values, through direct donations, and through activities that demonstrate our commitment to the Seven Principles of the Unitarian Universalist faith. Our social justice involvement comes in the form of direct action, such as preparing and serving meals at a homeless shelter in Milwaukee, or through our ongoing efforts to raise funds for many social service organizations, and through participation in events that promote justice and serve the community.
